    We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Weekend and after-hours appointments are available upon request.

    Service calls generally begin at $99.

    Absolutely. We provide a 10% discount on service calls for seniors and military personnel.
  • Do you have any warranties?

    We provide a 90-day warranty on labor. Additionally, manufacturer warranties come standard with our Speed Queen products.
  • Are you locally owned and operated?

    We're a locally owned and family-operated business.
  • How often should my vents be cleaned?

    We recommend annual vent cleaning for most households. Families with higher usage should consider cleaning every six months.
  • Why should I buy a Speed Queen product?

    Speed Queen offers up to 7 years of parts and labor coverage. These American-made appliances are built with commercial-grade quality for residential use and engineered to last up to 25 years.
  • What areas do you service in California?

    Our service area extends from Cambria and Paso Robles down to Santa Barbara.
